Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected mailbox access.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage subscriptions in the billing portal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse MailFLow, including attempting to access other users data or sending abusive traffic.
AI outputs
AI summaries and labels are provided to assist decision making and may require review before action.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated or if required to protect the service.
