Your data rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time.
Right to erasure
Request deletion of your account and all associated data permanently.
Right to portability
Export your data in a machine-readable format.
Right to rectification
Update or correct any inaccurate personal data we hold.
Data processing basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent when you connect your Gmail account, and for the legitimate purpose of providing our email intelligence service.
Data retention
We retain your email data only while your account is active. When you disconnect a mailbox or delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Data transfers
Your data is processed on servers located in the United States (Google Cloud). We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure adequate protection for international data transfers.
